Korean FDI flows into Hoalac hi-tech park’s territory
High Merit Infra., Co., Ltd, one of the leading Korean company in the field of development, construction and engineering has shown its determination to implement an investment project in Service Zone No. 2, Hoa lac Hi-tech Park.
On the 7th of July, 2010, Vice Minister of Science and Technology cum Chairman of HHTP Management Board, Mr Nguyen Van Lang sign a Minutes of Meeting with Chairman of HMI, Mr. Park Jeong Tea on the implementation of HMI’s investment in Service Zone No. 2, HHTP. According to the MM, HMI determines and the MB agree in principle that HMI shall continue to study on its project implementation in Service Zone No.2 with total area of 25,1ha. HMI shall conduct the planning plan scale 1/500 in accordant with Vietnamese law and regulation on planning as well as on the master plan of HTTP while making some admendments as suggested by the MB. On the other hand, the MB will provide HMI relevant information to implement the project like land price (on August), detail plan approval procudures and Investment Certificate application.
