Meeting on 2010 Working Sum-Up and 2011 Task Implementation Orientation

On January 06, 2011, the Meeting on 2010 Working Sum-Up and 2011 Task Implementation Orientation was held by the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board. On this occasion, seven investment certificates were also handled to investors to deploy investment in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park.

The Meeting was attended by representatives of ministries/agencies, local authorities, investors who were granted investment certificates, potential investors who wish to explore business opportunities in the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, mass media and all the officers and employees currently working in the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board.

At the meeting, Dr. Nguyen Van Lang, Vice Minister of Science and Technology cum Chairman of the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board had a speech summing up and evaluating the activities of the Management Board in 2010 in which highlighted the outstanding achievements of attracting investment and the difficulties as well as obstacles remained. Only in 2010, Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board has issued 17 investment certificates to investors with total registered capital of 7,268 billion VND.

Seven investment certificates which were granted to investors at this meeting with total registered investment capital of 2.029, 95 billion VND have increased the total number of projects granted investment certificates in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park to 54 with total registered capital of over $ 1 billion.

The list of investors who were granted the investment certificates at the conference this year are as follows:

1. Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Project: Center of Building Mobile Applications)
2. NCS Technology Joint Stock Company (Project: NCS Hoa Lac Center for Software Research and Development)
3. Mobile Telecom Infrastructure and Technical Services Corporation (Mobitech Center for Integrated Technology)
4. Vietnam Diamond Media Joint Stock Company (Project: Diamond Vietnam Center for Software Technology and Customer Services)
5. Minh Phuc Company Ltd (Project: Minh Phuc Center for High Technology)
6. Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Industry Technology Joint Stock Company (Project: Center for Technology and Communications - IT Technical Services in Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park)
7. FPT Mobile Application Company Limitted (Project: Production and Trading of Software Products)

Also at the meeting, the representatives of units/agencies operating in the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park have expressed opinions about their works and activities performed in 2010 as well as set proposals to the Management Board.
