In the morning of July 21st, 2008, a delegation from Japan House of Representatives had paid a working visit to Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park.
The delegation included some members of Japan House of Representatives as well as representatives from Japan’s big companies such as Toshiba, Fujitsu, NEC, Hitachi, etc... This is the subsequent meeting to the working trip to Japan of H.E Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and H.E Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Van Phong.
In the framework of the visit trip to Vietnam, members of Japan House of Representatives had the courtesy calls to H.E Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan, H.E Minister of Information and Communication Le Doan Hop, H.E Minister of Science and Technology Hoang Van Phong; and paid a working visit to HHTP. The visit one again reconfirms the interest and the support from Japanese side to HHTP as one of the three priority projects mentioned in The Joint Statement between the two Governments.
At the meeting, Vice Minister of MOST cum Chairman of HHTP Management Board - Nguyen Van Lang warmly welcomed the presence of the delegation. The members had been introduced with the formation and development of HHTP as well as the outcome from the cooperation between Vietnam and Japan inside HHTP; and paid a lot of attention to the current development of IT industry in Vietnam, especially the IT projects in HHTP.
