On 15 May 2008, The Signing Ceremony of Minutes of Meeting for the Study for Hoa Lac Hi – tech park (Phase 1) feasibility Study happened between Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board and Japan International Cooperation Agency at MOST’s head office.
The objective of the Study is to conduct a feasibility study on the Hoa Lac Hi – tech park for its first phase with the stydy area of HHTP (1.024 ha). In order to achieve the objective mentioned above, the Scope of Work for the Study shall cover the following items: review of the status quo of HHTP, preliminary design with maps on appropriate scale for: land grading, technical infrastructure including roads, water supply, drainage, power supply and telecommunication…, the project evaluation, the project implementation management and the project operation management in 8 months.
Hoa Lac Hi – Tech park Management Board shall, at its own expense, provide the JICA Study Team with the following: the security related information as well as measures to ensure the safety of the JICA Study team, the avaible data and information related to the Study…
The Signing Ceremony between Hoa Lac Hi – Tech park Management Board with Japan International Cooperation Agency would futher strengthen the ralationship between HoaLac hi- tech park Management Board, Ministry of Science and Technology and Japanese partners in general and JICA in particular in for the eventual success of Hoa Lac Hi – tech park, and fully respecting the Vietnamese Government’s goal to promote high- tech industries in Vietnam.
