CTSP – HHTP: POTENTIAL COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT
On 19th April 2011, in the framework of “the 6th ASPA Leaders Meeting” held in Taichung, Taiwan, Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board (HHTP) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation with Administration of Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP).

Based on the MOU, HHTP and CTSP showed their official cooperation relationship and promotion of collaboration of economic and technology development.
The two Parties decided to cooperate in the following points in details:
1. Information sharing and technology collaboration through technology transfer, venture incubation, and investment.
2. Bilateral contacts and partnership development between corporations in both parties.
3. Encouragement of knowledge-based industries in both regions through joint ventures or technology cooperation or training.
4. Assistance and collaboration in expanding other knowledge-based related industry clusters in both parties.
