On Apr 15th 2011, the contract signing ceremony for the Package of Engineering Services Phase I, Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Infrastructure Development Project which utilizes Japanese ODA’s fund has been taken place at the Headquarter of Ministry of Science and Technology. This is also the first package of Project.

The contract signing ceremony for the Package of Engineering Services Phase I, HHTP Infrastructure Development Project has been taken place on Apr 15th 2011 at the Headquarter of Ministry of Science and Technology between HHTP Infrastructure Development Project Management Unit and the Joint Venture of Nippon Koei Co., Ltd and Oriental Consultants Co., Ltd, with the witness by Dr Nguyen Van Lang, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Representatives from departments under Ministry of Science and Technology and HHTP Management Board also attended this ceremony.

The contract signing ceremony between HHTP Infrastructure Development Project Management Unit and the Joint Venture of Nippon Koei Co., Ltd and Oriental Consultants Co., Ltd was held right after receiving of approval of HHTP Management Board about procurement result and contract content, which brought to an end of consultant selection procedure

In the scope of consulting contract, the assignments of the consultants are Review of Previous Related Studies and Current Progress of HHTP, Detail Designed Works, and Technical Assistance. Based on the estimated progress, consultant starts executing the work in March and the service prolongs for 15 months. The representative of Joint Venture, Mr. Masanobu Sakamoto affirmed that Consultant committed that the service will be carried out effectively and carefully.
