More state management on labor to authorize
Upon getting the authorization from the Hanoi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, on 12th May, 2015, the Management Board continued to sign the state management authorization content of labor with Thach That District People’s Committee in which the Management Board is authorized to receive the wage scales, payrolls and labor norms of tenants inside HHTP.
In the time to come, the Management Board shall work with and propose to the Hanoi People's Committee and the Quoc Oai District People's Committee for the remaining content of labor management in accordance with the guidance in the Circular No. 32/2014/TT-MOLISA issued by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs dated on 1st December, 2014 in order to create the most favorable conditions for business activities of enterprises and ensure the effectiveness of labor state management in HHTP.
