2 / Water supply:

3 / Wastewater:

4 / Power supply:

B. Information Infrastructure Development Project Infrastructure of Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park ODA by the Japanese government:

I.Ha technical floor in the North Thang Long Highway:

 1 / Power supply system:

   Power supply system includes:

    - Substation 110kV Hoa Lac 03 I scale 63MVA transformer, scheduled for completion in Quarter I / 2017

    - The system of 22kV power distribution line section 3x400mm2 cable, the total length of 75,5km; system distribution station (RMU cabinets) are 121 stations; system substation 22 / 0.4 kV at 11 stations (9 stations for lighting systems, one system stations Sewage pumping and booster pump station 1 for the water supply system). Expected to be completed in the first quarter / 2018.

2 / water system:

  Water for the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park will be allocated from the plumbing of the Da River Water Supply Project Phase 1.

  The water supply system is capable of providing 40 300 m3 / day for the entire Hoa Lac area include: capacity 6.000m3 tank and booster pump station; piping diameters from DN100 to DN800, total length of about 69km. Expected to be completed in the first quarter / 2018.

3 / wastewater systems:

  - Wastewater System includes: piping diameter from D150 - D1050, a total length of about 56km pipeline (of which 54km gravity pipe, pressure pipe 2km); intermediate pump stations is 12 stations. Expected to be completed in the first quarter / 2018.

  - Wastewater treatment plant: waste water is collected and after preliminary treatment will be directed to the wastewater treatment plant, with a capacity of up to 36,000 m3 / day (excluding module 6,000 m3 / day night finished). Waste water is treated by technology A20 with water quality criteria after treatment:

BOD5          :  20 mg/l

SS                 :  20 mg/l

T-N               :  15 mg/l

T-P                :   1 mg/l

Expected to be completed in the fourth quarter / 2017.

4 / telecom system:

  Telecommunications systems are designed to include: 96-core cable system; Conduits Cable and Cable 38 tanks.

  Expected completion of the first quarter / 2018.

5 / System fire prevention and fighting:

  Fire protection systems including fire alarms and fire extinguishing systems. Fire extinguishing systems including fire systems outside the house, water tank and fire pump station.

II. Technical infrastructure of the South Thang Long Highway:

1 / Power supply system:

 - Substation:

  Stage 1: to use the power of 110 / 22KV Hoa Lac 03 x 63MVA capacity built by Japanese ODA in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park North.

  Stage 2: using 03 circuits, power supply is 110 / 22KV, 40MVA capacity of 2 x new construction (not using power from a 110 / 22KV 63MVA capacity of 03 x more)

 - Grid systems: grid 22kV XLPE underground cable using plastic tubes placed in HDPE bearing, distance manholes around 45m. After the completion of phase 2, using 18 types of medium-voltage cabinets RMU-630A-20kA.

2 / water system:

 HTP Water for drinking water HL will be allocated from the plumbing of the Da River Water Supply Project (DACNSD). Using 01 water pumping capacity of 13,000 m3 / day.

3 / wastewater systems:

  - Wastewater System includes: piping diameters from D30 - D600, the total length of the pipeline is about 7,71km; intermediate pump stations is 02 stations.

  - Wastewater treatment plant: waste water is collected and after preliminary treatment will be directed to the wastewater treatment plant. The plant has a capacity of 8.000㎥ / day. Wastewater is treated up to Class A according to NTR 24: 2009 / BTNMT.

  - Handling of waste: industrial waste and activities are classified and transported for disposal according to current regulations, arranged 01 waste transfer station has an area 0,41ha.

4 / telecom system:
