Labor management authorized in HHTP

Implementing the guidance in Circular No. 32/2014/TT- BLĐTBXH dated on 01 December 2014 by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of some state management tasks of labor in industrial parks, export processing zones, economic zones and hi-tech parks as well as based on the actual needs, the leaders of Hanoi Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and HHTP Management Board had a working session to sign authorization content to perform some tasks of state management over labor in HHTP.

The contents of authorization are as follows:

1. To receive and process registration dossiers of performing practical labor acceptance contract of enterprises inside the park, which send laborers to work overseas for skill improvement internship under 90 days.

2. To receive the declaration of labor usage, reports on labor changes of enterprises inside the Park.

3) To get informed of the location, area, starting time of operation and information of the managers, key persons of labor sublease enterprises.

4) To grant, re-grant and revoke working permits for foreigners who work for enterprises inside the Park.

5) To certify foreign laborers who work for enterprises inside the Park but are ineligible for working permits.

6) To get informed of enterprises which organize overtime work from 200 hours to 300 hours per year inside the Park.

In order to perform this authorization, HHTP Management Board requested for training support from the Hanoi Department. It is believed that the signed authorization will bring about a more effective labor management for the Board and the most favorable conditions for enterprises in HHTP.
