JICA to update the implementation of infrastructure development project in HHTP

On April 9^th 2015, Mr.Irigaki Hidetoshi, Director General, Southeast Asia and Pacific Department and representatives of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) visited and worked at Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park (HHTP) Management Board for updating the implementation situation of infrastructure development project in HHTP supported by ODA from Japanese Government (HHTP infrastructure development project) as well as discussing about HHTP development plan in the future. Chairman Pham Dai Duong, Vice Chairman Nguyen Trung Quynh and leaders of related units of the Management Board attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Chairman Pham Dai Duong introduced about the HHTP’s vision and mission as well as the implementation of major works in current stage such as land clearance, schedule of HHTP infrastructure development project as well as of projects and investors at the Park. Mr Irigaki Hidetoshi showed his optimism about the HHTP infrastructure development project implementation schedule, and requested the Vietnamese side to accelerate the investment promotion and make the ways to attract high-quality human resources for the Management Board. Chairman Pham Dai Duong gave his sincerest thanks to the Japanese side’s supports and assured that the completion of HHTP infrastructure development project and investment incentives are among the key factors for creating a good investment environment to attract domestic and foreign investors.

After the meeting, Mr.Irigaki Hidetoshi and the delegation visited the site and some projects, enterprises under operation in HHTP.
