Memorandum of Understanding between Hoa Lac Hi - Tech Park and DAEDEOK INNOPOLIS Science Park

Hoa Lac Hi - Tech Park Management Board (HHTP MB) delegation headed by Mr. Pham Dai Duong - Vice Chairman attended the 2010 Global Conference on Science Parks (IASP 2010) held in Daejeon, Korea from 22 to 27 May, 2010.

Within the frame of conference, on 25 May, 2010 Mr. Pham Dai Duong and Mr. Tae Shik Oh who is the Managing Director of DaeDeok Innopolis Science Park signed the Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation in science and technology.

The MOU signing ceremony was viewed by HHTP MB delegation members and representatives of DaeDeok Innopolis Science Park. With the aim at of promoting closer ties and greater understanding between two parties and recognizing the mutual benefits that may be derived from a program of collaboration in science park policy and management , Management Boards of Hoa Lac Hi - Tech Park and DaeDeok Innopolis Science Park have agreed on cooperation in training hi - tech human resources, managing related scientific and technological matters, bilaterally exchanging new hi - tech solutions as well as promoting hi - tech development between two parties.

In addition, both parties share the same aim of developing places and structures such as science parks devoted to research, training, technology transfer & commercialization, innovation, company founding and economic activities. Taking common benefit from cooperation based on exchange of skills and professional know-how including one-stop support services, incubating and management. Involving in the promotion of industrial, cultural, scientific and networking/connecting the appropriate clusters together. Two sides can help public administrations of their respective countries in the process of innovation adoption and adaptation in the fields of technology, organization and services...

Signing the MOU between DAEDEOK INNOPOLIS Science Park and HOA LAC HI-TECH PARK will once more mark a new milestone of strategic cooperation between two countries of Korea and Vietnam in general and between two science parks in particular.
