REALIZE SPECIAL MECHANISMS IN HHTP
Notice No. 354 / TB-VPCP 08.30.2014, the Prime Minister has agreed to allow the project to be implemented on a specific mechanism of land acquisition, land owners property and land records management is used as a basis the compensation plan, in the document no.10610 / OG-KGVX dated 12/25/2012 and implementation of mechanisms and policies to support clearance by document no.2691/OG-KTN on 04/04/2013.
At the same time, the Prime Minister asked Hanoi People's Committee to coordinate with ministries and agencies to review the policies mentioned above with the new legislation was enacted to guide the implementation of the law; Additional proposed synchronization of a specific mechanism to remove obstacles, accelerate compensation on land clearance and resettlement. Follow the above conclusions of the Prime Minister, Hanoi People's Committee has carried out a review and recommendations to the Prime Minister to allow continued implementing specific mechanism and some new content, such as: scope of application (both ground service projects, infrastructure projects); beneficiaries of resettlement; compensation policies, support of land clearance. On this basis, the Prime Minister allow Hanoi to perform a specific mechanism in the work of the clearance of the project HHTP and VNU as recommended.
