President of the Republic of Tatarstan visted Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park
With the aim at promoting cooperation relations between Vietnam and the Federation of Russian in general and Vietnam – the Republic of Tatarstan in particular, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the Federation of Russian H.E. Mr. RUSTAM MINNIKHANOV along with his entourage including governmental officials and big enterprises in Tatarstan took an official visit to Vietnam from 8 to 9 September, 2014. In the frame of working visit, Mr. MINNIKHANOV with his delegation had a meeting with the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board on 9 September, 2014 to get information and broaden cooperation opportunities between two parties.

The delegation was received by the Chairman of Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board - Mr. Pham Dai Duong, Vice Chairman – Mr. Nguyen Trung Quynh, the leaders of departments under the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board and some investors in Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park.
At the meeting, after Mr. Duong’s presentation on Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park development target and plan as a satellite science city of Hanoi Capital, Mr. MINNIKHANOV highly appreciated the master plan, investment attraction opportunities, and development potentiality of the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park in the future. Then, he introduced about Naberezhnye Chelny Software Park as the second base of Kazan Software Park in Naberezhnye Chelny City of Tatarstan. This park was the place where supports incubating innovation companies in their initial development period and creates development opportunities for a lot of IT enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan. Like the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park, the hi-tech parks in Tatarstan are to execute new development stages in the coming time, Mr. MINNIKHANOV proposed the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board often to exchange and share its experiences with ones including Naberezhnye Chelny Software Park in Tatarstan for mutual development and benefit.
To start cooperation relation between the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park and ones in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board and the Naberezhnye Chelny Software Park Management Board signed MOU together, marking a new development milestone for the mutual benefit cooperation in the future.

Also in the frame of working schedule, The President and his entourage site visited some tenants in the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park such as FPT University, FPT Soft ware Village, and Vikomed Company.
The President left Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park for Singapore after that, ending a good and happy working visit in Vietnam.
