Granting the investment certificate to Viettel Group
On September 28, 2011, the Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board held the investment certificate granting ceremony to Viettel Group for the project namely “Smart card production line”. Dr. Nguyen Van Lang, Vice Minister of Science and Technology cum Chairman of Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board handed the investment certificate and congratulated Viettel on this important event.

The project “smart card production line" has total investment capital of 270.5 billion VND on the area of 1.9 ha. It is expected that it will come into operation by 4th quarter, 2012 and will be produced 60 million of smart cards annually to meet the needs of Viettel and other telecommunications suppliers nationwide and internationally.
After receiving the investment certificate, representatives of Viettel expressed their sincere thanks to the Management Board and commit to duly execute the project as specified in the Investment certificate.
