Asia Business Meeting 2016 to open new business opportunities
On 16 August, the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park (HHTP) Management Board in conjunction with the Asian Science Park Association (ASPA) organized the Asia Business Meeting 2016 to open new business opportunities for local and foreign enterprises as well as to offer an opportunity for HHTP to seek foreign investments.
The 126 businesses operating in ICT, biotech, electronics, robotics, healthcare and machinery from the Republic of Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam together share investment and business experiences.
Deputy Minister of Science and Technology and head of the HHTP Management Board Pham Dai Duong said the annual meeting is an important event of ASPA. He affirmed that the Ministry of Science and Technology will support and accompany with HHTP and ASPA members in such activities as business cooperation enhancement, investment expansion and so on.

During the meeting, the Mobile Technology Convergence Centre (MTTC), the Daily Healthcare Demonstration Complex Construction Agency (DHC) and the HHTP Management Board signed a memorandum of understanding on the development of Internet of Things (IoT) in health care and cooperation in information and trade exchange, investment promotion, and technology transfer. This is the following activities in the development of IoT in HHTP after the recent opening of Hoa Lac IoT Lab on 7th July 2016.
