ODA loan flows into Hi-tech park infrastructure
On March 18th 2010 Vice Minister of Finance Mr Tran Xuan Ha and Mr Monotori Tsuno, Chief Representative in Vietnam signed 5 Loan Agreements for five projects which are Terminal 2 Construction Project in Noi Bai International Airport (I); Noi Bai International Airport to Nhat Tan Bridge Connecting Road Construction Project (I); Cuu Long (Can Tho) Bridge Construction Project (II); Third National Highway No.1 Bridge Rehabilitation Project (II); and Hoa Lac hi-tech park infrastructure development project (E/S).

For HHTP Infrastructure development project, JICA supported in conducting Master plan updating study and Feasibility Study. In the coming time, JICA will continue supporting HHTP in infrastructure development with a 1.005 billion JPY loan to engineering service phase of the HHTP infrastructure development Project in detail design, training and institution. Together receiving the loan for this stage, the HHTP Management board will carry on preparation works for the construction phase.
