15:52 - 08/06/2009

The Informal Mid-Year Consultative Group (CG) Meeting is a good chance for the Vietnamese Government and its partners to discuss the national major challenges amid the global crisis and figure out proper solutions to promote socio-economic development and poverty reduction, underscored Ms. Victoria Kwakwa, World Bank Country Director in Việt Nam.

Ms. Victoria Kwakwa held that Việt Nam's socio-economic reality has recorded remarkable achievements, including higher per capita income and a comprehensive framework strategy on anti-corruption.
