SIGNING CEREMONY TO HANDOVER ITC-NEWTATCO COMPANY TO THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF HHTP

Oct, 16th 2013, The Government Office issued the document number 8631/VPCP- informed opinion of the Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh on “Agree to transfer The Technology Development and Infrastructure Co., Ltd - Newtatco which is a subsidiary of The New Technology Application Co.,Ltd. from the Institute of VAST to the Management Board of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, Ministry of Science and Technology ".

Implementing decision No. 2268/QĐ-VHL dated 06/12/2013 of The president of VAST and the decision No. 4098/QĐ-BKHCN dated 26/12/2013 of the Minister of MOST about handing-over and receptions of Newtatco Co., Ltd to HHTP Management Board, Jan, 21st 2014, in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park has held the signing ceremony.

Attending, directing and have witnessed the handover ceremony. Mr. Tran Viet Thanh - Vice Minister of Science and Technology; Prof. Dr. Duong Ngoc Hai - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and representatives of the Management Board of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, the leaders of the authorities of the Ministry of Science and technology, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and leader of the party units directly involved.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leaders of the Management Board of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Science and Technology are recognized and affirmed: The transfer of Newtatco to HoaLac Hi-Tech Park is the right policy, consistent with the policy of the State Enterprise’ development, accordance with the legal framework stipulated in Decree No. 99/2003 / ND-CP of the Government dated 08/28/2003 promulgating regulations prescribed Tech Park: “The hi-tech park development company are state enterprises established under the Management Board of Hi-tech Park ". The establishment of an enterprise infrastructure develop under the Management Board of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park will meet the needs of a “bio-public business” in the zone, flexible, proactive and professional in the investment, management, infrastructure operators and service providers, while ensuring targeted development of the Party and Government for Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park.

Since Jan 1st 2014, Newtatco changed the name into HOA LAC HI-TECH PARK DEVELOPMENT ONE-MEMBER LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (for short: HPD Co. Ltd), a state-owned enterprises have the capacity, human resources, prestige and executive management experience as well as field operations, in accordance with the requirements of the construction and development of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park in the new conditions , providing investing activities effectively to meet the needs of businesses and individuals work, live and work in the area.

Company aims to be a professional enterprise in the management and operation, build credibility and brand in investment and services, keep up the pace of development of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park till 2018.
