One-door service
HHTP, the first Hi-tech Park in Vietnam, under the Ministry of Science and Technology, which is guided and supported directly by the Prime Minister, implemented sufficiently one-door service to create the best conditions and preferences for investors. Such services that cannot be done by the Management Board, we will act as a connector between customers/investors and other government organizations/ authorities to help them avoid unnecessary documentary procedures. Currently, the customs office is operating to help enterprises solve daily matters avoid time-consuming in customs declarations and cargo check.
HHTP Management Board has also issued the list of administrative procedures on investment and construction according to the system of quality management ISO 9001: 2008 Standard. In the coming time, the Management Board will continue to perfect and simplify administrative procedures to improve the efficiency of one-door service policy as well as to create more transparency and commitment with investors in implementing administrative procedures in HHTP.
