New Deputy Minister of Science and Technology appointed
On 5th October 2015, PM Nguyen Tan Dung signed Decision no 1709/QĐ-TTg to appoint Mr. Pham Dai Duong, Chairman of Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board as Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
Mr.Pham Dai Duong, born in 1974, was Head of International relation and Investment Department, Vice Chairman and Chairman of Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board./.
