Gov’t accelerates enforcement of key laws

The PM has required ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies and Chairmen of provincial People’s Committees to strictly and timely implement tasks to beef up the implementation of the Law on Enterprises and the Law on Investment.

These tasks are enshrined in the Government’s Resolution No. 59/NQ-CP dated on August 7, 2015. A report on the realization of the Resolution will be submitted to the Cabinet meeting in December this year.

Besides, the Ministry of Public Security will supplement regulations on business conditions for betting services, cosmetic surgery, wave jamming devices and military equipment, and equipment and spare parts for special use.

The Ministry of Finance is assigned to speed up the development of a decree on business in horse and dog racing, and international football betting and submit it to the Government in December this year.

The Ministry of Construction is responsible for designing a decree on construction material management, which covers conditions for white amianthus business and submit it to the Government in December this year.

The Ministry of Information and Communications has to review regulations on investment conditions for services of recycling, renewing and amending used IT products.

The State Bank of Viet Nam is assigned to beef up the establishment of a decree on conditions for debt trading business and submit it to the Government in December this year.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade is responsible for mulling over the amendments to the regulations regarding the authority and procedures for granting business licenses and retail sale business licenses for foreign-invested-enterprises.
