The following is the full Decree No. 96/2015/ND-CP dated October 19, 2015 on guidelines for implementation of some articles of the Law on Enterprises.

Minimum regional wage to increase from 2016
Since January 1, 2016, monthly minimum wage for employees will surge from VND 2.4 million (US$114) to VND 3.5 million (US$166), according to Decree 122/2015/ND-CP on monthly minimum wage for employees.

New policies take effect in January
New policies on special consumption tax, support industries development, compulsory social insurance, region-based minimum wage, and multidimensional poverty line will take effect in January.

Establishment of foreign representative offices in VN
The Government has recently issued Decree 07/2016/ND-CP, guiding the implementation of the Commercial Law 2005 on the establishment of Viet Nam-based foreign representative offices and branches.
